AVIATION LEGISLATION has been design to cover the knowledge requirements of legal framework into aviation especially aircraft maintenance field. The regulatory framework divided into two, which are Airworthiness and Environmental Certification and Continuing Airworthiness. For Airworthiness and Environmental Certification, it is consist of Part-21 Aircraft Certification. While Continuing Airworthiness includes Part-M Continuing Airworthiness, Part-66 Certifying Staff, Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation and Part-147 Approved Training Organisation.
