Aviation Legislation is designed to cover the knowledge requirements of legal
framework in aviation especially aircraft maintenance field. The regulatory framework
is divided into two, which are Airworthiness and Environmental Certification and
Continuing Airworthiness. For Airworthiness and Environmental Certification, it
consists of Part-21 Aircraft Certification. While Continuing Airworthiness includes
Part-M Continuing Airworthiness, Part-66 Certifying Staff, Part-145 Approved
Maintenance Organisation and Part-147 Approved Training Organisation.
